В республике принимаются меры государственной поддержки хозяйств различных форм собственности, которые способствуют сохранению и увеличению поголовья якутского скота. Благодаря принятым мерам за последние пять лет поголовье якутского скота в ГКП РС (Я) "Якутский скот" увеличилось в 2,5 раза. Выявлено 10 мастей, основными из которых являются черно-пестрая - 43,3%, черная - 21,4%, бело-пестрая - 16,6% и прочие 18,7%. В статье приведены результаты изучения генетической структуры якутского скота ГКП РС (Я) ҺЯкутский скотһ (n=366). Для изучения популяционно-генетической структуры якутского скота использовали микросателлитный анализ по 15-ти STR-локусам. По трем изученным популяциям наиболее вариабельны локусы TGLA53 (11 аллелей), TGLA227 и TGLA122 (8 аллелей), а наименее - BM1818, BM1824, INRA023 (3 аллеля). Наибольшее генетическое разнообразие - отмечено среди скота участка "Сюльдюкар". Обнаружено, что у якутского скота популяций участков "Тастаах" и "Кылыс" наблюдаемая гетерозиготность выше ожидаемой, индекс Fis имеет отрицательное значение. В выборке животных участка "Сюльдюкар" наблюдаемая гетерозиготность (Ho=0,598±0,045) меньше ожидаемой (He=0,607±0,035), а индекс Fis имеет положительное значение (Fis=0,022±0,035), что указывает на нехватку гетерозигот и подтверждается фенотипически меньшим разнообразием вариантов окраса скота.
The republic is taking measures of state support for farms of various forms of ownership, which contribute to the preservation and increase in the number of Yakut livestock. The greatest genetic diversity was noted among the cattle of the Syuldyukar site. It was found that in the Yakut cattle populations of the “Tastaakh” and “Kylys” areas, the observed heterozygosity is higher than expected, the Fis index has a negative value. In the sample of animals from the “Suldyukar” site, the observed heterozygosity (Ho=0.598±0.045) is less than expected (He=0.607±0.035), and the Fis index has a positive value (Fis=0.022±0.035), which indicates a lack of heterozygotes and is confirmed by phenotypically lower diversity livestock color options.
