Республика Саха (Якутия) является крупнейшим субъектом Российской Федерации. Территория данного региона занимает около 35 % всей Арктики России, более 50 % Республики находится за Северным полярным кругом Отсутствие круглогодичной устойчивой и экономичной транспортной связи внутри Республики Саха (Якутия) делает транспортную инфраструктуру неразвитой, изолированной от транспортных сетей, со слабой внутренней доступностью и сильной зависимостью от сезонного фактора [1]. В данной статье рассмотрены проблемы дефицита продовольственных продуктов и удаленности арктических и северных районов Республики Саха (Якутии) от промышленно развитых регионов Российской Федерации с использованием материалов ОАО "Туймаада-Агроснаб", статистических данных Республики Саха (Якутия) и др. Изучены демографические факторы в северных и арктических районах Республики Саха (Якутия). Проанализировано финансовое состояние ОАО "Туймаада-Агроснаб", рассчитан и выявлен фактический и плановый объем продуктов (картофель, овощи и рыбная продукция), которые завозит и вывозит ОАО "Туймаада-Агроснаб" в арктические и северные районы Якутии. На основе проведенного исследования авторами предлагается улучшить уже существующий проект предприятия, направлен на развитие транспортно-логистической системы, путем включения в программу северного завоза молочной продукции для детей. Обоснована необходимость завоза молочной продукции для детей в арктические и северные районы, рассчитана годовая норма потребления по возрастным категориям Совершенствование проекта в первую очередь направлено на обеспечение детским питанием, в котором нуждаются дети арктических и северных районов Республики Саха (Якутия).
The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) is the largest constituent entity of the Russian Federation. The territory of this region occupies about 35% of the entire Arctic of Russia, and more than 50% of the republic is located outside the Arctic Circle. The absence of the year-round, stable and economical transport communications within the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) makes the transport infi'astmcture undeveloped, isolated from transport networks, weakly internally accessible, and highly dependent on the seasonal factor [1]. This article reviewed the problems of food products defwit and the remoteness of the Arctic and northern regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) font the industrialized regions of the Russian Federation with the use of materials of public corporation “Tuymaada-Agrosnab ”, statistical data of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), etc. Demographic factors in the northern and arctic regions of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) were studied. The financial condition of public corporation “Tuymaada-Agrosnab ” was analyzed; actual and planned volume of products (potatoes, vegetables and fish products) were calculated and identified, which are imported and exported by Tuimaa-da-Agrosnab in the Arctic and northern regions of Yakutia. Based on the study, the authors propose to improve the already existing project of the enterprise aimed at development of the transport and logistics system by including the dairy products for children in the “northern delivery" program. The need of importation of dairy products for children in the arctic and northern regions is justifiede; the annual consumption rate by the age categories is calculated. The improvement ofthe project, first of all, is aimed at providing baby food, which the children of the Arctic and northern regions of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) need.
