В статье проанализированы процессы модернизации цифровых ресурсов Национальной библиотеки Республики Саха (РС, Якутия), показана необходимость создания интегрированных систем, основное назначение которых в многоцелевом параллельном использовании данных. Рассмотрено расширение объектов каталогизации в сотрудничестве с партнёрами библиотеки: Министерством культуры и духовного развития РС, Республиканским домом народного творчества и социально-культурных технологий по созданию электронного каталога объектов нематериального культурного наследия "Культурный код Якутии"; Академии наук РС по созданию электронной энциклопедии и национальной БД "Наука Якутии". Детально рассмотрена национальная БД "Наука Якутии", где представлены научные труды, результаты фундаментальных и прикладных научных исследований на основании договора между автором (научным сотрудником) / научной организацией и библиотекой. Представлен опыт создания БД по принадлежности авторов к данному региону независимо от содержания и места выпуска: представителей коренных народов Якутии; уроженцев республики; авторов, связанных с Якутией по роду деятельности. Даны сведения о модернизации БД, применении наукометрических технологий в информационной поддержке науки и образования региона и проектируемой новой информационной платформе OPENScienceSakha (репозиторий), содержащей библиографическую информацию о научных публикациях и о цитировании публикаций, основанных на методологии политематических международных БД научного цитирования
The author analyzes the processes of modernization of digital resourcesof the National Library of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). She also substantiatesthe need for integrated systems for data multi-purpose parallel use. The partnersof expanding cataloging objects are the Ministry of Culture and Spiritual Devel-opment of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Republican House of Folk Art and So-cio-Cultural Technologies – in building the Electronic Catalog of Intangible Cul-tural Heritage “Cultural Code of Yakutia”; and the Academy of Sciences of the Re-public of Sakha (Yakutia) – in acquiring the Electronic Encyclopedia and the Na-tional Database “Science of Yakutia”. The national database “Science of Yakutia“ isdiscussed in great detail; it comprises scientific works, findings of fundamentaland applied scientific research submitted on the basis of an agreement betweenthe author (researcher) / scientific organization and the library. The author dis-cusses the experience of acquiring the database based on authors’ territorial affil-iation – regardless the content and place of publishing; publications by indige-nous Yakutian authors; publications by Yakutian residents; authors related to Ya-kutia professionally. The author also reviews the issues of database moderniza-tion, application of scientometric technologies in information support of regional science and education, and the projected new information platform OPENScienc-eSakha (repository) comprising bibliographic information on scientific publica-tions and citation of publications based on the methodology of polythematic in-ternational databases of scientific citation

В статье рассматриваются некоторые вопросы изучения архивного фонда (исследования выполнены с использованием научного оборудования ЦКП Федерального исследовательского центра "Якутский научный центр СО РАН") одного из значимых представителей якутской литературы советского периода И. Д. Винокурова-Чаҕылҕана (31.07.1914-9.09.1952). Архивные фонды писателей Якутии как отдельный историко-культурный феномен представляют собой плодотворный исследовательский материал с точки зрения литературоведческой и исторической наук, источниковедения, археографии. Актуальность исследования обусловлена выявлением и введением в научный оборот новых архивных материалов, а также недостаточной изученностью литературного наследия известного автора. Цель и задачи исследования сконцентрированы на научном комментировании ранее опубликованных и неопубликованных художественных текстов И. Д. Винокурова (поэм), хранящихся в Рукописном фонде ЯНЦ СО РАН. Речь идет об установлении специфики и вариативности имеющегося архивного материала (черновые и беловые автографы, рукописные, машинописные тексты), определения роли и значимости произведений в истории якутской литературы, дальнейшего исследования творческого наследия. Исключаются подробные филологические и текстологические анализы произведений, нацеленное внимание уделено комментированию рукописных текстов. Текстологическое описание материала предлагается со ссылкой на номера фонда, описи, единицы хранения, что значительно облегчит задачи будущего исследователя творческого наследия И. Д. Винокурова. В результате исследования установлены некоторые особенности творческой истории создания крупных поэтических текстов. Ценность результатов научной статьи заключается в том, что впервые в истории литературоведения Якутии представлены научные комментарии для рукописных текстов И. Д. Винокурова. Использованы историко-литературный, системно-типологический, текстологический методы, актуализированы возможные перспективы дальнейшей проработки вопросов.
The article is concerned with certain issues of studying the archive fund of I. D. Vinokurov-Chagylgan (31.07.1914-9.09.1952), one of the prominent representatives of Yakut literature during Soviet period. The archival funds of Yakut writers as a particular historical and cultural phenomenon constitute a valuable research material from the point of view of literary and historical studies, source studies, and archaeography. The thematic justification of the study is based on the revealing and introduction into the scientific use of the new archival materials, and also due to the insufficient research the literary heritage of the well-known writer. The purpose and objectives of the research are focused on the scientific commentaries of the previously published and unpublished literary texts by I. D. Vinokurov (poems) preserved in the manuscript collection of the YSC SB RAS. It is about establishing the specificity and variability of the available archival material (draft and fair autographs, handwritten and typewritten texts), determining the importance and significance of the works in the history of Yakut literature, and further research of the creative heritage. Excluding detailed philological and textological analyses of the works and focusing on commenting the handwritten texts. The textological description of the material is explained with reference to the numbers of collections, aids, holding items that will considerably facilitate the future researcher’s efforts of I. D. Vinokurov’s creative heritage. Certain features of the creative origin of the major poetic texts are established by the research. The fact that for the first time in the history of literary studies of Yakutia scientific commentaries for I. D. Vinokurov’s handwritten texts are presented is the valuable results of the scientific article. The historical and literary, system and typological, textological methods were used. The possible prospects for further elaboration of the issues were updated.

Актуальность и значимость темы обосновываются тем фактом, что гемеронимы сахаязычных периодических изданий характеризуются стабильными изменениями. Новизна исследования заключается в том, что впервые в якутской печати и журналистике предпринята попытка осмысления и систематизации названий региональных газет и журналов как самостоятельных единиц с учетом их функциональной специфики в коммуникативных процессах. Однако нам кажется, что им не уделяется должного внимания из-за их противоречивого коммуникативного статуса. В данной статье мы ставим своей целью выявить специфику названий якутских газет и журналов периодов сталинской системы (1930-1959), эпохи застоя (1960-1990) и постсоветской трансформации (с 1991 по настоящее время). Для этого необходимо решить следующие основные задачи: рассмотреть историю якутской периодической печати с 1930 г. по настоящее время, обосновать связь гемеронимов якутских периодических изданий с общественно-политическими, экономическими, социокультурными процессами и проанализировать их количественное соотношение. В данном исследовании используется сочетание историко-типологического анализа с основными методами ономастики как отрасли языкознания - структурными, сопоставительными и статистическими, которые с помощью "ключевых смыслов" и "ключевых слов" позволяют сравнить изменение названий периодических изданий в ходе исторического процесса. Таким образом, название сахаязычной периодической печати претерпевало изменения в 1930-е, 1960-е и 1990-е годы. Именно эти годы придали гемеронимам периодической печати Якутии своеобразные ономастические реалии. В настоящее время с развитием цифровых технологий региональные периодические издания стали доступны онлайн, что имеет большое значение для жителей республики. Мы считаем, что выявление специфических особенностей региональных периодических изданий является одной из основ, на которых строятся аспекты исследования гемеронимов СМИ. Однако новые задачи выдвигают новые подходы к их решению.
The topicality and significance of the research are substantiated by the fact that the hemeronyms of the Sakha language periodicals are characterised by stable changes. The novelty of the research consists of the first attempt in the Yakut press and journalism to comprehend and systematise the titles of regional newspapers and periodicals as independent units, considering the functional specificity of the titles in the communicative processes. Nevertheless, we suggest that titles have been overlooked due to their contradictory communicative status. In this article our purpose is to identify the specificity of the titles of Yakut newspapers and periodicals of the Stalinist System (1930-1959), the era of Stagnation (1960-1990) and the post-Soviet transformation (from 1991 to the present day). For this purpose, it is necessary to explain the following main tasks: to review the history of the Yakut periodical press from 1930 to the present period, to explain the relevance of the hemeronyms of Yakut periodicals to the socio-political, economic, sociocultural processes and to analyse the quantitative ratio of the hemeronyms. This research is based on the combination of historical-typological analysis with the main methods of onomastics as a branch of linguistics - structural, comparative and statistical. The use of key meanings and key words allows for a comparison of the evolution of periodical titles throughout history. Therefore, the title of the Sakha language periodical press evolved in the 1930s, 1960s, and 1990s. Basically, these years provided the hemeronyms of the periodical press in Yakutia specific onomastic realities. In these days, the regional periodicals have become available online due to the development of digital technologies, making it of great advantage for the inhabitants of the republic. In our opinion, the identification of specific features of regional periodicals is one of the bases on which the aspects of the research of media hemeronyms are based. Meanwhile, new challenges are bringing new approaches to the solution.

Статья посвящена истории развития тунгусоведения в Институте гуманитарных исследований и проблем малочисленных народов Севера СО РАН, который 17 сентября 2020 г. отметил юбилей - исполнилось 85 лет со дня основания. Научно-исследовательская деятельность института с самого начала была нацелена на организацию фундаментальных и прикладных исследований языков и фольклора коренных народов Севера в республике. В 1960-е годы в Институте языка, литературы и истории ЯФ СО АН СССР зарождается новое направление - тунгусоведение, в статье раскрываются этапы истории и перспективы дальнейшего его развития. Основная цель статьи - описать развитие тунгусоведения в институте, не претендуя, однако, на полное освещение и не беря на себя обязательства дать точную и полную оценку преемственного развития тунгусоведения в институте.
The article is devoted to the history of the development of Tungus studies at the Institute for Humanities Research and Indigenous Studies of the North of the Siberian Branch of the RAS which celebrated its 85th anniversary on September 17, 2020 since its foundation. At the beginning, the research activities of the Institute were aimed at organizing basic and applied studies of the languages and folklore of the indigenous peoples of the North in the Republic. In the 60s, a new direction was born at the Institute of Language, Literature and History of the YaB SB of the USSR Academy of Sciences - Tungusology, the article reveals the stages of history and prospects for its further development. The main goal of the article is to describe the development of Tungus studies at the institute, without claiming, however, to provide full coverage and without undertaking to give an accurate and complete assessment of the continuous development of Tungusic studies at the Institute.
